Ed Magenheimer joined Talbot Realty Group, experiencing early success.

Before joining Talbot, he had a successful career at another major brokerage firm.  Obtaining his license in December of 2005, he was awarded that firm's "Rookie of the Year" award, "Sales Agent of the Month" for December of 2006, "The Silver Award", and the Northshore Area Board of Realtors "Bronze Award" for 2006.

He has represented clients all over Southeastern Louisiana and specializes in all aspects of residential real estate.  He prides himself on making sure he accomplishes the goals of his clients.
