A native of the New Orleans area, Louis Rodriguez earned a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from the University of New Orleans, along with a Master of International Business degree from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Grenoble, France.

Louis has worked as a financial manager in Lockheed Martin's leadership development program and as a Capital Placement Specialist with Synergy Partners in the Post-Katrina Gulf Opportunity Zone, where he offered both residential and commercial mortgages.  Most recently, Louis served as Development Officer for Columbus Properties, a fully intergrated real estate development company.  In that capacity, he managed various sales, leasing and development activities in New Orleans and along the Gulf Coast.

Louis utilizes a strong customer service focus combined with broad industry knowledge to assist his clients in acheiving their desired goals.  He is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, the Urban Land Institute, and the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Louis is also involved with the Young Leadership Council of New Orleans and Big Brothers - Big Sisters of Southeast Louisiana.
