Will recently became a part of the Talbot Realty Group team.
Will is a co-founder and president of GreenCoast Enterprises, LLC, a limited liability company based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The GreenCoast franchise focuses on high performance building solutions for coastal climates that incorporate hazard survivability, renewable energy generation, indoor air quality improvements, resource efficiency, urban redevelopment, and affordability. While a graduate student, he has done pre-development and project management on $160 million of total planned development in North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Louisiana. His projects have recieved several local, state, and national development awards including a Maxwell Award of Excellence from the Fannie Mae Foundation.
Bradshaw holds Masters Degrees in City Planning and Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and degrees in Physics and Cross-Cultural Studies from Davidson College. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Regional and Urban Economics and Sustainable Community Development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and teaches a course on Sustainable Real Estate Development in Post-Katrina New Orleans at Tulane University. He lives in New Orleans, LA.
