Robert F. Talbot & Associates, founded by Bob Talbot in 1967 and was the beginning of what is today Talbot Realty Group.   Licensed in 1964, Bob Talbot handled many major transactions as a sole practitioner.

In 1984, Bobby Talbot joined his father and expanded the commercial real estate brokerage business. Bobby learned his trade when the New Orleans market was depressed, which provided valuable lessons for the long range success of the firm.

Initially recognized as a small family firm, the local economy's steady upturn initiated the company's growth, which led to the formation of a residential division and the addition of Shaun K. Talbot to the firm in 1995.

Now known as Talbot Realty Group, the Firm has grown into a multi-agent company serving clients primarily within the New Orleans Metropolitan market and Southern Louisiana. Notable transactions brokered by Talbot Realty Group include the Civic Theater Complex, The Leeds Foundry building, 201 Baronne Street, The Père Marquette, just to name a few.
