Erin is a native New Orleanian whose real estate career started in 1989 as a notarial secretary for Winters Title Agency. In 1994, she became an office assistant at Talbot Realty Group, and while there, she obtained her Salesperson's license.  She returned to working as a notarial secretary in 1995 at Stewart Title of Louisiana. In 1999, Erin received a call from Talbot Realty Group offering her a position as marketing/sales assistant for the Marseilles Condominiums, the luxury high-rise project on the New Orleans Lakefront. Since that time, she has worked on such notable condominium projects as 625 St. Charles, 416 Common, 909 Lafayette Lofts, 825 Lafayette, 747 Magazine, The Bakery, Cotton Mill Condominiums, Mills Row, The Rotunda and is currently marketing the anticipated 1201 Canal Condominiums (formerly the Krauss Department Store).
