Hudson Higgins is another recent addition to the Talbot Realty Group team, having joined us after spending 5 years in Atlanta working for IBM. Higgins is a New Orleans native and a graduate of LSU and Jesuit High School.

Hudson's experience in the high paced world of information technology coupled with his work as a financial planner with Hibernia National Bank have provided him with a very firm foundation for a career in real estate. Thus far Hudson has been very successful with assisting clients on a number of commercial sales and leases, including industrial, office and multi-family projects.

Hudson is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Board of Realtors, a CCIM (certified commercial investor member) candidate, and is also a member of NOMAR's Commercial Investment Division.
