Nolan specializes in the sale and leasing of residential, multi-family and commercial properties in the New Orleans Metropolitan Area.  Born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, Nolan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University.  He has over 6 years of sales and leasing experience, and has consistently been a top producer since 2003, averaging $3 to $4 million in sales per year. 

Nolan was awarded a GOLD award from the New Orleans Metropolitan Board of Realtors for his sales in 2005.  He is a Certified Commercial Investor Member (CCIM) candidate and a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Board of Realtors.

• Assisted with the marketing and sales of Arabella Residential, a $6.8 million dolar residential development in a prime location Uptown, behind the Whole Foods market on Magazine Street.
• Marketed and sold a 20 acre tract of land in Baton Rouge for residential development.
• Assisted with marketing and sales of Algiers Riverpoint, a new construction and gated community in Historic Algiers Point.
• Tenant/ Seller representations  in multi-tenant centers and build to suit.
• Knowledgeable in new construction and renovation costs, contracts and design.
